Hmm…. How to describe me… I am an ever-changing 22-year-old female.
I like: athletics, being active, working with ‘at risk’ youth, sleeping in, staying busy, working out, reading, listening to music, singing as loud as I can when no one else is around, playing with dogs, looking at the stars, eating, eating, eating, hanging out with my friends and family, following my heart, rock climbing, swimming, running, weight lifting, my job, going to the park, walking downtown, traveling, and oh yea , hanging out with God…. I think that’s enough for now.
I’m not a big fan of: having surgery, cleaning bathrooms, or onions but I understand that they are all sometimes necessary.
I recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Spanish minor. I’m in love with the Latino culture and ever since I spent a month in Mexico last summer I have been waiting, impatiently, to go back.
I’m optimistic in that I want to change the world, but I like to think I’m realistic as well. I know that I alone can’t change the world, but God can. I also know that He can use me. My hope is that He will use me to change one person at a time.
