This past week was definitely a change of pace. We spent the week working construction on the church we attend, live in, eat in…. spend our lives. It was nice getting out of the normal routine of things and seeing the progress happen before our eyes.

I have been thinking about how I miss home, but on the flip side of that how much I love the things here (most things). When you live in community you get to know each other very quickly. I feel as though I have known many of my teammates for much longer than the two months that it has actually been.  I have also been building relationships here that will be very difficult for me to leave when the time comes.

I would appreciate prayer in the areas of wisdom with these relationships, and a boldness to say what God called me here to do. Also in the area of the language barrier, although I have progressed there is still so much Spanish to learn! Thank you so much to all of you who are praying, the emails have been especially encouraging to me! Thank you again!
